Crane Pest Control is an equal opportunity employer. Because of a very low turnover ratio, most openings occur as a result of increased clients within the market area.

Depending upon our company’s needs, Crane Pest Control will consider placing employees with no previous experience in a comprehensive six-month training program. Instruction includes identification; life habits and methods of control of vertebrate and invertebrate pest animals (including insects, arthropods, rodents, small vertebrate pests, birds, bats, and other “occasional invaders”); fundamentals of pesticides including their safe, legal and efficacious handling and use; principles of human toxicology and safety; and all pertinent laws and regulations.

Crane Pest Control relies primarily upon state-licensed, experienced technicians to fulfill most of its expansion needs. Every technician is encouraged to hold a minimum license as a Branch 2 Field Representative. Licensed or certified, each technician must meet the ongoing education requirements each year mandated for a Branch 2 license.

We offer a competitive hourly rate for California licensed field representatives and applicators (night work receives an additional 10 percent). All full-time employees receive a generous benefits program (medical and dental) as well as a 401(k) plan. All equipment and company vehicles are supplied.

In addition, Crane Pest Control has a well-established history of promoting its supervisors, quality control staff, managers and program designers from within the company.

Interested parties should contact the corporate office for further information or an application.

Attention Applicants: If you are limited in the ability to access or use this online application process and need an alternative method for applying, we will determine an alternate way for you to apply. Please contact HumanResources@cranepestcontrol.com for assistance with an accommodation.
